Maintaining a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can significantly reduce your cancer risk. Regular physical activity, at least 150 minutes per week, is also crucial for cancer prevention.

Avoid Tobacco and Limit Alcohol

Tobacco use is the single largest preventable cause of cancer. If you smoke, quitting is the best thing you can do for your health. Limiting alcohol consumption is also important, as even moderate drinking can increase cancer risk.
